Our park is located on the San Juan River. Fifteen of our twenty seven lots are located directly along the river. Each beautifully landscaped, full service lot includes a 20’x50’ concrete pad, 8’x10’ mountain gazebo with an 8’x10’ covered porch, plus clubhouse and exercise room.

Pagosa Springs offers warm days and cool nights at an elevation of 7079 feet. June’s average temperature ranges between 74/37 degrees. WCR is walking distance (1.5miles) from Old Historic Pagosa Springs and Pagosa’s Natural Hot Springs. The San Juan River offers great fishing. The surrounding mountains offer excellent hiking, mountain biking, trail riding, hunting and skiing opportunities. Pagosa also sports a 27-hole championship golf course just up the hill from the downtown area. Pagosa’s relaxed, unhurried lifestyle and unparalleled outside opportunities make it an excellent resort property choice.

Parking

One habitable and non-habitable vehicle is allowed per site. No tents or tent campers allowed. No parking on roadway or grass.

Pets must be leashed or under voice command at all times. Pet pick up is required and we have conveniently located pet stations to assist with this job.
